Spring Quilt Market in Kansas City was wonderful! There was so much talent in that room and it was huge.....over 3400 booths. It was like being a kid in a candy store or better yet, it was like being a quilter in a quilt shop x hundreds.
WOW! Pretty much says it all.
I hope you enjoy visiting my booth. The general store theme worked very well and I had fun wrapping everyone's patterns in brown paper.
We left Apopka on Monday morning around 7:00am It was warm and sunny and a beautiful day to drive. We arrived just south of Nashville, Tenn. some 620 miles later and stopped for the night. We were so excited that the time just passed so quickly.
Our good friends, Carol Crago and Sue Barros from Good Home Quilt Company in Orlando (my local quilt shop) were on board to help set up the booth.
I hope you enjoy seeing the end results. We decided we made a good team!
Having an end booth again I took advantage and opened up the outside wall to create a more open look. Our little general store turned out quite nice. It looked like one back in the 1800's - minus the chairs that is!
