This small bee hive wall hanging has been a favorite for several years.  It's very simple but the embroidery makes it special. 

"To make a prairie it takes a flower and a bee.  One clover & a bee and revery x x x A revery alone will do if bees are few"

It measures  17 3/4 x 21 inches.  Pieced background, embroidery stitches and appliqued hive.....it's heavily tea stained
