If you are like me, every time I go to do some embroidery on a piece I'm working on, I have to think about the stitches.  I've made these practice sheet kits for that purpose.  The ones you see already done are just what I worked on.  They are not included.  The piece of osnaburg with the lines already drawn vary in size, but approx.  111 x 18 inches
